Our Staff

Ron Payne, Senior Minister

Ron began his ministry at the Ingraham Christian Church in 1966 at the age of 18. Ron was in Bible College at Lincoln Christian College, in Lincoln, Illinois, and commuted to Ingraham every weekend while in college. He is a graduate of Lincoln Christian College. He is married to Shirley (Stanley) Payne. Shirley is a retired School teacher. They have three children. Matt lives in Beaverton, Oregon. He owns a Social Media Consultanting business. His wife Cindy works at Koll-Lenhoff Insurance Company. They have two children Kyle,16 and Allison,14. Becky lives in Springfield, Illinois, and is a Christian Counselor and an adjunct professor at Lincoln Christian University. Abbey, a mother, homemaker, and home-school teacher, is married to Chad Brenneman and lives in Wentzville, Missouri, with their children: Cassidy, 12, Joel, 9, Marissa, 8 and Trey, 6.

Keith Graham, Associate Minister

In 1987, Keith and Roxy Graham came to join the Ingraham Christian Church as Associate Ministers. They reside in Flora, Illinois. Roxy works at the Clay Medical Center. Keith is a graduate of Lincoln Christian College and Seminary. "My original three month employment has slowly but surely turned into twenty-four years. Serving here as Associate Minister has been richly rewarding for both myself and my wife, Roxy. We have been privileged to love and teach many children. We are thrilled whenever a new child gets involved in the youth activities at Ingraham Christian Church. God has blessed us richly in this ministry!"

Keith and Roxy have three children: Wendy is a counseling therapist, living and working in Dallas, Texas. She has a son Ayden, 1. Chad is a muscle activation therapist practicing in Indianapolis, Indiana. His wife, Sara, is a physcial therapist employed at the hospital. They have two daughters, Addison,4 & Lilia 5 mo. Their home is in Zionsville, Indiana. Kristin works with mentally challenged adults with ARC in Teutopolis, Illinois. Her husband, Craig, works at Xenia Manufacturing.
